車(chē)載移動(dòng)破碎站工作原理

　　物料經(jīng)給料機均勻輸送到破碎機內，鄂式破碎機作初步破碎后，通過(guò)圓振動(dòng)篩構成閉路系統，實(shí)現物料的循環(huán)破碎，成品物料由輸送機輸出，進(jìn)行連續破碎作業(yè)。輪胎顎破移動(dòng)破碎站可以根據實(shí)際生產(chǎn)需要去除圓振動(dòng)篩，實(shí)現對物料直接進(jìn)行初步破碎，與其他破碎設備配套使用操作方便、靈活。

一、振動(dòng)給料機

本機是利用振動(dòng)原理進(jìn)行給料的設備。具有給料均勻，安全，節省人工，提高產(chǎn)量，保證破碎設備不受損壞，壽命延長(cháng)之功能。

二、顎式破碎機

凡硬度≤2000kg/cm２的材料，如玄武巖、花崗巖等，先用顎式破碎機進(jìn)行一級破碎。然后進(jìn)入錘式破碎機進(jìn)行二級破碎。

三、錘式破碎機

凡硬度≤2000kg/cm２的材料，如石灰石、磷礦石等可由給料機直接進(jìn)入錘式破碎機進(jìn)行破碎。

四、篩分設備

篩分設備將破碎后的材料自動(dòng)進(jìn)行分級篩選，根據地形可選用YK型圓振動(dòng)篩或平面往復篩。
